I love sporting challenges. And I love reading my kids stories. And I love my wife. Put all this together and it turns out that I'm running the Oxford Half Marathon on 13th October, dressed as the BFG, to raise funds for the Story Museum (where my wife works) . Plus it's my 5Oth birthday so please be generous!

(At 24 feet the BFG has the 17 feet 5 inches on me but I like to think we could be friends)
