WALKING FOR ARCHIE

This year I will be embarking on a 40 mile walk from Port Vale Football Club to Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club for the League Cup 1st Round tie at Molineux on Friday 7th August to raise money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital & in memory of my little boy, Archie.

The TOTAL above is a combined amount from my Wing Walk in 2025, donations at my Wedding 2025 & this Walking For Archie challenge & all in all, over the last 13 years, the total is just over £60K

I am raising money in memory of Archie & for Birmingham Children’s Hospital

I & Archie’s late mum Helen, who sadly passed away in 2018, have been raising money for the amazing Birmingham Children’s Hospital charity since our son passed away a week before his 2nd birthday in February 2013.

Archie was treated & looked after by the hospital with tremendous love, care & compassion & through all he endured he stayed a happy & bright little boy. He was maybe too young to realise what was happening to his little body, but he kept bouncing back from all the treatments he had until he could fight it no more.

He is an inspiration to me to carry on raising money for a charity that has a big place in my heart.

Never a day goes by when I don’t think about him or miss him.
