Message from Steve and Ian:
Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page and we’re delighted to share that we’ll be cycling our push-bikes from Land’s End to John o' Groats between the 24th of May and 7th June 2026 to support the incredible work of ‘Cycling Without Age Scotland (CWAS)’.
The charity provides the joy and vitality of cycling to those who are unable to ride themselves, particularly the elderly and those with mobility challenges. By offering free rides on specially designed trishaws the charity’s volunteers create opportunities for reconnection and adventure by allowing the elderly passengers to experience the exhilaration of a bike ride with others.
We've set a target of £5,000 to help sustain and expand this vital service in Perth and other established CWAS Chapters. Your donations will directly support the costs associated with maintaining the trishaws and training volunteers who make these rides possible. Together, we can enable many more elderly users to access the freedom and joy that cycling brings.
Please consider donating today. Every contribution makes a difference, no matter how small, and together we can make a significant impact. Thank you for your support!
NB: All donations will support the ‘Perth CWAS Chapter’ unless you nominate your own local Chapter in the message box alongside your donation.
