I plan to walk across the mountains of Europe, from Cape Finisterra on the Atlantic Coast to Istanbul. I am going to be doing this is stages.

Stage 1 is happening this summer, walking across Northern Spain from Cape Finisterra to the Pyrenees.

My sister has Parkinson's. She was diagnosed 19 years ago when she was only 30 years old.
