A few years back I suffered a massive mental breakdown and had to build my life back from the ground up I had to learn to trust those around me again I had to calm myself enough to be able to talk again I had to learn to stop rocking and pacing 24 hours a day.

But once I got myself to a stronger place I felt the need to help others so last year I challenged myself to raise money for mind the mental health charity and I ran the marathon my way.

Now Iv started working in a residential children’s home with children from all walks of life who have suffered some terrible terrible things in life and I feel I can help a charity that helps these children all year round as we take our lives and mental health for granted.

I honestly never expected to not have control of my mind and never ever see it coming but I was dealt some bad cards in life and something switched in my brain and my brain had to put me in safety mode but safety mode is scary you want it all over finished and really see no way out the slightest noice made me jump out of my skin and my heart still to this day pounds with anxiety!! I’ll suffer and fight until my last breath but I need to know I’m doing it for a reason I’m making it easier for someone else to not have it as bad as I had and still do at times !!!

So for the young who are suffering for no fault of there own I will raise money to help you to better days I will train and run with you on my mind !!
