Pegasystems Cycle Challenge for MSF - in honour of my father in law

Steve Morgan is raising money for Medecins Sans Frontieres / Doctors Without Borders (MSF)
Munich to Lindau | 03-05 July 2025

Story

I am taking part in the Pegasystems Cycle Challenge from Munich to Lindau to raise funds for MSF (Médecins Sans Frontier aka Doctors without Borders). This is a special fundraising event for me as I am doing it in honour of my father in law - Gordon Elder - who is dying from bile duct/liver cancer.

By donating to my page you will be support MSF to respond quickly during an emergency, treating those most in need as quickly as possible. It also means we can respond to epidemics, conflicts, and disasters at a moment’s notice, so a huge thank you! Helping people in need is something dear to my and my father in law's hearts and ways of thinking and acting in life.

Thank you for any donations! To give you an idea of where your money can go...

- £21 can help pay for masks to resuscitate three newborn babies.

- £43 could pay for a blood pressure monitor to help detect underlying health issues

- £95 could provide antiretroviral drugs for a year for one person living with HIV/AIDS.

- £153 could buy a basic surgical kit, enabling an MSF surgeon to carry out surgery.

- £306 can pay for an emergency kit to dress 100 wounds.
