Having seen the devastation first hand and seeing my wonderful sweet kind fantastic Dad dissappear to Altzhimers and the suffering it brings, not just to the victim but also to the families and friends, I will be running three races to raise money for this fantastic charity, Half Marathon in March, Full Marathon in April and the big one, 24hr Endurance race on June 28th/29th, please dig deep if you can and see if we can reach my target and above if possible 🙏
