As some of you may know, I was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer in 2023. After a tough year, I now feel ready to get back on the bike and raise some money for a great cause.

This year I will be taking part in 3 cycling events to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK.

Along with my brother Richard, I will be doing the following rides….

37 miles Suffolk Spring Classic 21st April 2024

65 miles RIDE Suffolk Sunrise 19th May 2024

55 miles London to Brighton 15th September 2024.
