In November 2022 I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer.

The cancer was diagnosed entirely by chance when I visited the doctor with a completely unrelated issue (I had a very itchy nose!!).

A simple blood test (called a PSA Test) raised the alarm, This was followed by a quick scan which confirmed the presence of 2 malignant tumours.

I'm very lucky.

I got an early diagnosis & at this stage, my condition is manageable.

Half the battle with "us men" is getting us to the visit the doctor in the first place to get "seen to" so I want to raise awareness of Prostate Cancer so that more of you get yourselves or your partners, boyfriends, dads, sons, brothers, uncles, friends etc checked out.

As well as raising awareness I also want to raise funds to support Prostate Cancer UK. Therefore I'm aiming to walk ONE MILLION steps spread across 100 consecutive days (with a minimum of 5000 stepa on any of the days).
