During the month of October a number of colleagues from Gingernut training are going to get out of their office space and increase their fitness by increasing and counting their steps.

- Steve is looking to hit at least 125,000 steps during the month of October.

To raise money for children who are in the care system to receive a Comfort Case.

Just £10 will replace a bin bag with an XL Comfort Duffel Bag for a child to store their cherished possessions in whilst in care.
