Five years ago, a family member and friend, suddenly passed away whilst on a business trip abroad at the age of 43. The issue turned out to be an underlying heart defect.

Ever since we have been raising funds to support others with potential similar issues. This has paid for additional heart screening for people under the age of 18, as well as paying for specific defibrillator equipment.

A small group of us are doing a bike ride to Anglesey covering 200km on Saturday 09 Sept.
