So last year i took part in Strictly Come Dancing with my daughter Conliane, a very experienced dancer. As well as raising a load of money my other aims were to do my best and not embarrass her too much. So i was totally blown away when we somehow won the thing.

This year the post has been raised several notches and i'm really gonna have to up my game as my son Rhys who is only a Professional Dancer has agreed to be my partner. We'll be doing a Contempory routine which of course i have never done in my whole life. I'll give it my all and whatever the outcome it will be entertaining.
