On the 4th October I will be taking part in the Potters ‘Arf’ marathon for the RAF Association. The Royal Air Forces Association (RAFA) provides welfare support, friendship, and practical help to current and former personnel of the Royal Air Force and their dependents.

The potters Arf is something I have wanted to do for years and I am looking forward to completing it.
