Dear friends & family

On Sunday 14 July I will be taking part in the London 10k to raise much needed funds for the Registered charity 'Help4thehomeless' , a small but committed group of volunteers.

Every day this wonderful charity is feeding & clothing families in need in Hertfordshire & one day each week it drives into Central London and provides hot meals together with clothes & toiletries for the many homeless men & women in need of support and a hand of friendship.

As a volunteer for the charity I can see how hard the Trustees & volunteers work.
