Story
Hello everyone,
Over the past few years, I've successfully fundraised for various charities, including Livvy Lou’s Loved Ones in memory of my brother Ben, running the Surrey half marathon for Shine – the hydrocephalus and spina bifida charity, and participating in the BHF London100 last year in memory of my father George. Completing the London100 in 7 hours and 13 minutes was a one of my biggest achievements, especially doing it in memory of my father.
This year, I aim to repeat the London100 for a new cause, raising awareness about a universal challenge – mental health. Many of us have experienced or know someone grappling with mental health issues, and sadly, some may have lost loved ones due to inadequate support. Recognising the profound importance of mental health, I hope that by participating in the London100 in 2024, we can increase awareness and ensure the funds we raise make a tangible difference for those dealing with mental health problems
