An aging person with material "wear and tear" (as the doctors put it), vertigo (kids climbing walls, go ape...a no go) and who hates the cold is doing the 14 day Everest Base Camp trek.

So please join me to help fund Blackheath and Bromley Harriers AC a wonderful athletics club, charity and community hub, reliant on so many volunteers to improve facilities and access for children and young athletes.

The joy of training and learning about athletics, track and field, competing, the confidence it gives, the friendships, team work and the promotion of fitness is a wonderful opportunity. Come to the track and be inspired.
