For the last 10 years I have been walking in memory of my Dad John, over those years we have raised nearly £50,000 for a variety of charities, walking hundreds of miles and climbing thousands metres.

This year we’re are venturing to Barmouth to walk the wales coastal path from Barmouth to Tywyn. Some 20 miles of beautiful Welsh countryside. Me, my brother Pete and friends family and team mates will be setting off in the darkness in the early hours on Saturday 12 October.

This years walk is for the MND Association, the walk is a collaboration with Sue and Dave Parker, Dave is a current sufferer of MND and we will be joined by Sue and Dave’s friends and family on this years walk.

MND is a cruel disease and your donations will help support vital research and support to help cure this disease. As a past rugby player MND is close to my heart as it seems to affect ex players with some very high profile cases such as Doddie Weir.
