Crossroads is the 3rd Charity that I depend on, they provide a respite each week when I can be me and not the Carer. It is a lifeline without which it would be impossible to continue caring. They provide those hours where I can be me. I can relax, knowing Ros is being well looked after. Their support allows me to recharge and get back to looking after Ros.
