I am proud to support Action for BPAN, the first UK charity dedicated to funding research for a cure or treatment for Beta-propeller Protein-associated Neurodegeneration (BPAN), a rare, life-limiting neurodegenerative disease.

This cause is close to my heart, as I want to support friends of mine who experience the challenges of this devastating condition everyday. They are deeply committed to making a lasting impact in the lives of families affected by BPAN. Together with another mother who shares this journey, they are tirelessly advocating for research and raising awareness about this rare disease that affects their daughters and approximately 500 others in the world.

On March 21, 2025, I will be hiking to the top of the tallest mountain in North Africa. This trek is not just a physical challenge; it is a symbol of the determination to conquer the obstacles faced by those living with BPAN. I invite you to join us in this mission.
