Halow equips young adults with learning disabilities and autism to live a life of purpose. I've chosen this charity and worked with them for over 10 years now. They make a real difference and give these wonderful young adults the best chance to live a fulfilling life

Every year Halow supports over 300 young adults in Surrey. The work they do also indirectly benefits over 750 family members and friends who care for a person with a learning disability or autism.

The help Halow provides includes learning new skills, becoming more independent and living the life these young adults always wanted. Halow rightly believes that learning disabilities and autism should never stop someone from achieving their dreams.

I'm grateful for your support which will motivate me on the ride to Paris whatever the weather!
