Story
Hi everyone,
I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to share that I’ll be running my first half marathon this September in support of Silence of Suicide – an incredible charity that’s very close to my heart.
For those who don’t know, I’ve had my own battles with mental health. Five years ago, I was in a dark place where I couldn’t see any light at the end of the tunnel. Thankfully, with the unwavering support of my family, friends, and the resources available to those in need, I’m still here today and in a much better place.
Silence of Suicide does vital work, offering a listening ear and helping people find the support they need during their darkest moments. Their mission means so much to me, and I want to do my part to ensure they can continue making a difference in people’s lives.
Any donation, big or small, will go a long way in helping this amazing cause. Whether it’s £1 or more, your support means the world to me and could help someone find the hope they need to keep going.
Thank you so much for helping me make a difference!
