I will be taking on the challenge of running the London Landmarks half marathon this April in support of Alzheimer’s Society, a charity that is very close to my heart.

Through my work, I have cared for, and continue to care for, people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. This run is for them, their families, and everyone affected by this condition.

I completed the marathon last year, but after a tough period my running has taken a step back, so this time my training really has started from the beginning again. Every mile will be a challenge, but it will be worth it.

Any support, no matter how small, would mean so much and will help fund the vital work Alzheimer’s Society does every day. Thank you for helping me support this wonderful charity.
