Story
Stevo Swim club is raising money to support Durham County Foodbank provide food for just under 2,000 people per month. We will swim either 400m, 1km, 2.5km, or 5km at Freeman's Quay swiming pool. We will swim together over the course of one weekend and tot up our total distance covered :)
We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.- Durham County foodbank website
