Me again, in 2019 I did it for the royal marines charity, in 2022 I did it for scottys little soldiers, in 2023 I shouldn't have done it as I did no training but did it for me and got soaked.

In 2024 I'm doing it in armour again and I'll be 57 years old....fifty frigging seven and in proper roman armour which hurts....a lot.

Why?

Because this time I'm doing it for the lads...for prostate cancer.

And for the ladies.....so you can live your lives out with your other halves, your soul mates.

My target is £350, that's what the charity want from me but let's make a difference.....let's raise more.
