Story
On Sunday 14th of September 2025 we will be taking part in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk to raise funds for The Tuberous Sclerosis Association. In April of this year our baby daughter Macie, at four months old, was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC).
The Tuberous Sclerosis Association (TSA) is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting people affected by Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC). TSC is a genetic condition that can lead to growths in various organs of the body, but those most commonly affected are the brain, eyes, heart, kidney, skin and lungs. When they cause problems it is mainly because of their size and where they are in the body.
We are currently at the beginning of our TSC journey with Macie and the future is unclear. We are therefore looking to raise as much funds as possible for TSA to support them in any way we can. Any donations, no matter how small, would be really appreciated.
