The children at St Margaret's Prep will be swimming as far as they can during their 30 minute class swimming lessons which will naturally vary, based on age and ability. The children will be attempting, as a team, to cross the English Channel from Dover to Calais. This is a 31-mile swim which approximately equates to 49890m or 1996 lengths of our 25m swimming pool. A tough but exciting challenge for the children.
