Welsh Three Peaks Challenge · 18 September 2026

We provide a range of services in Herefordshire and the surrounding area to people living with a terminal illness. Care is free to patients, their families and carers. This is thanks to supporters taking part in events, visiting our shops, playing our Lottery, donating and leaving gifts in wills.

Story

We're Taking on the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge!

We're lacing up our boots and taking on the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge—an epic adventure that will see our team climb Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa), Cadair Idris, and Pen y Fan in a single day.

This challenge will test our endurance, teamwork, and determination, but every step we take is for two incredible charities that make a real difference to people's lives.

We're raising funds for St Michael's Hospice, whose compassionate care and support help patients and families through some of life's most difficult moments, we are also raising money for We Are Farming Minds, donations for this amazing charity can be made through our page dedicated to them.

Every donation, big or small, will help these amazing organisations continue their vital work. Your support will keep us motivated as we tackle steep climbs, tired legs, and hopefully enjoy some spectacular Welsh scenery along the way!

Thank you for helping us make every step count. Together, we can reach our fundraising goal and make a meaningful difference.

The Hospice multi-disciplinary team includes doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, complementary therapists, social workers, chaplains and counsellors. These specialist Hospice staff work together and often in partnership with the NHS to relieve patients’ symptoms, control their pain and help them to live well until the end of life. It is vital that everyone that needs it has the appropriate care and support they need to cope with the complex feelings and lifestyle changes caused by a terminal illness.

Thank you for helping us make every step count. Together, we can reach our fundraising goal and make a meaningful difference.
