CFC's fundraiser for The Brain Tumour Charity

Three Peaks Challenge
When I was thirteen, my mum passed away after battling Melenoma which had mutated and caused hundreds of tumours along her spine and in her brain.
Despite being wheelchair bound for her last years she defied odds and through immense struggle made sure she could give me the first mum/son dance at my Bar Mitzvah that she gave my three brothers, even if I did have to help support her a lot of the way.
This challenge is to serve as a reminder that your body is not a given. Being able to move around and do the things you want is a genuine blessing.
I am raising money so that we can help other people who are living with this disease that strips you of your identity, autonomy, and access to some of the simplest pleasures of life.
I want all who stumble across this page to acknowledge the privilege they have, and to take joy in their cold rainy walks this winter. If you can donate, I would be eternally grateful as finding new ways to combat these diseases could not just impact the individual's lives, but everyone around them.
