Here at STOIX, we help people take the next step in their careers. However we also know that not everyone is in a position to think about job titles or promotions. For some, the focus is simply on surviving the day, finding a safe place to sleep, and having someone to turn to.

That’s why we’ve chosen to support St Mungo’s.

Their outreach teams meet people where they are, often on the streets, and connect them with essentials like shelter, healthcare, and safety. But their support doesn’t stop there. St Mungo’s offers long-term pathways out of homelessness, including secure housing, mental health care, help with employment or training, and support to open bank accounts.

Most of the team will be hiking Snowdon together, however as a certified B Corp, we’re also committed to reducing our environmental impact. That’s why our co-founder Rory will be doing a hike of equivalent length in Barcelona to avoid unnecessary flights. The goal is the same: raise funds, raise awareness, and support a brilliant cause.

As a team, we care about helping people find security, purpose, and opportunity, values that we see reflected in everything St Mungo’s does.
