Story
They looked after Chris so well; he loved the nurses and would give them hugs and invite them to the afters.
St Joseph’s Hospice opened in Hackney in 1905, and they've been there for people and families across East London ever since.
Each year, they care for around 6,400 people affected by life-limiting illness, supporting patients to live well to the very end, whilst looking after those closest to them.
To keep our vital services running, they need to raise around £16,000 every day.
