The 17th Cambridge Dragon Boat Festival takes place on Saturday 9 September 2023 on the River Cam at Fen Ditton. More than 40 teams are expected to compete in the 200m racecourse, watched by several hundred spectators. Up to 10 people paddle each 30 boat with a drummer at the front beating time and our helm at the tail steering a straight course.
