I proudly work for HDSF but unfortunately I’m unable to at the moment due to a broken ankle! But in true HDSF style this won’t stop me taking part in this years Wheelathon!!!

HDSF is a small, welcoming local charity that offers a wide range fun sports and activities to anyone with a disability or additional need who needs support to access activity.

We love keeping busy and you’ll find us running 1-1 bikeability sessions during the school holidays, cycling with primary schools across Hertfordshire, or enjoying activities like doughnutting, paddleboarding, adapted cycling, bell boating, pedalos, rowing boats, boxercise, archery, paralympic roadshows, boccia…..the list just keeps growing!!

We don’t only offer equipment, we offer support, encouragement, enthusiasm, we help people exercise their independence – literally!
