The Stortford Spinners will be taking part in the 10th annual cycling tour Ziggurat along with 70 other riders, cycling from Bilbao to Lisbon on a fully supported 4 day ride for the construction industry.

The team, composed of Stortford Interiors staff, clients, friends and family, will be cycling 340 miles, including 5,700m of climbing. The route starts on the northern coast at the port of Bilbao, proceeds into the Castile and León region, known for its medieval castles and historical significance, before ending in Madrid, all in support of Action Medical Research.

Action Medical Research are the leading UK charity dedicated to funding vital research to help sick and disabled babies, children and young people. AMR have been funding medical breakthroughs for 70 years now and have helped to beat polio, fight meningitis, prevent stillbirths and develop ultrasound scanning in pregnancy. They are now driving forward children's research, including in the fight against premature birth and rare diseases.

By donating money for this incredible charity, you are helping to find ways to reduce premature birth, to support children facing a lifetime of challenges caused by disabilities, and to develop cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases.
