We’re a group of colleagues from St Peter & St James Hospice and on 21st September, we’re swapping our uniforms for trainers (and a whole lot of mud) to take on the 5K Tough Mudder, together.

This wild obstacle course includes:

⚡ Electric shocks

🧊 Ice baths

💩 Mud crawls

🧗‍♀️ Slippery walls

🐒 Monkey bars

🕸️ Giant cargo nets

… and a whole lot of teamwork.

Just like every day at the hospice, we’ll be looking out for each other, lifting each other up (literally!), and pushing through every challenge as a team.

We're raising money for essential equipment that helps us provide compassionate, expert care for people living with life-limiting illness, and support their loved ones too.
