Strathaven Balloon Festival relies on the support of our community to bring this event to Strathaven every year. We receive no public funding and our costs have increased significantly over the years with the need for insurance, security, park and ride, gas for flights, accommodation..

The festival had to be cancelled in 2024, resulting in a loss that was carried forward to 2025 when we celebrated our 25th anniversary with over 100 flights, a record for the festival.

Every penny donated helps to ensure that this unique event can continue to bring so much to our town. Please support us for the 2026 Strathaven Balloon Festival. Your support is much appreciated.
