I am raising money for the British Heart Foundation after a close colleague at work Kelly Clark had double heart attack recently with her thankfully being in recovery from this. Raising money will support the British Heart Foundation with their continued research into heart related issues.

Chase the Sun will be my longest cycle in a day (207 miles) with the start on the Isle of Sheppey at sunrise 04:41 with the aim to arrive on the pier at Weston-super-Mare before sunset at 21:33hrs. It is an organised event by chase the sun and I will be cycling with Simon Storey who has organised many of my crazy cycles over the years.

Thanks for visiting my page and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
