Stuart and Adams fundraiser for The Royal Anglian Regiment Charity

Stuart Addison is raising money for The Royal Anglian Regiment Charity

Iron Butt 1000 Saddle Sore Challenge · 7 June 2025

The Royal Anglian Regiment Charity was established to help the serving and former members of the Royal Anglian Regiment and their dependants who are: in need, hardship or distress.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to read our JustGiving page. We are Stuart Addison and Adam Freund of the Royal Anglian Riders Group. Every year the group takes part in Ride to The Wall.. at the National Memorial Arboretum.

Something that we have noticed is that with all the wonderful Regimental and Unit memorials, there isn't one for the Royal Anglian Regiment. Unlike the other Regiments from our Division.

As a group we have decided to raise money for the Royal Anglian Regiment Charity, with a view to the money raised being used to pay for and have Regimental bench/memorial installed at the Arboretum. This is our second fundraiser since the the group formed. For this one, Adam and myself will be taking part in the Iron Butt 1000 Saddle Sore Challenge. This Challenge consists of a Motorbike ride of 1000 miles within 24hrs, only stopping to re fuel the bikes and ourselves. The event will take place on 6th and 7th June 25.

Please donate as much as you can and help us reach our target..

Many thanks

Stuart and Adam
