I'm running the Great North Run 2025 as part of #TeamBowelCancerUK.

After losing my Mum in 2022, and my former mother-in-law in 2015, to bowel cancer, I’ve chosen to support Bowel Cancer UK. They are the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. They’re determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.

They support and fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.
