I’m taking on the Manchester 10K for The Christie NHS Foundation Trust and in support of my friend Dave Mac and all the patients who are fighting at this moment in time .

Christie’s have already done so much for him and his family and now it’s my turn to give something back.

So I will somehow attempt to run 10K and raise as much awareness as i can for a guy who has been a major support fot me over the past 9 years
