Story
Having personally been diagnosed and impacted by Prostate Cancer, I'm taking part in the Royal Parks Half on Sunday 11 October 2026, and will run 13.1 miles (my first half-marathon ever) for Prostate Cancer UK. They’re a great charity that invest loads into lifesaving research and provides remarkable support to both men and their families as they navigate this disease.
I caught my condition early and successfully had surgery last year. I’m one of the lucky one’s, and we can increase this with testing, early diagnosis, and treatment. If you haven't got tested, please do so now, and maintain this regularly.
Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That's thousands of dads, brothers, partners, and mates. But it doesn't have to be this way. The money you raise will help fund lifesaving research into better tests and treatments to help men live long and live well.
Thank you for supporting me and Prostate Cancer UK
