We, a team of swimmers from the UK Hydrographic Office, (plus some friends and family) are completing a swimming challenge to raise money for three local charities, Young Somerset, Ups and Downs Southwest and Somerset Counselling Centre.

Each team of up to six swimmers must complete as many lengths of the pool as possible in one hour,

We currently have one team of ‘future hydrographers’ and several social/leisurely swim lanes.

This is a physical challenge that can become quite competitive as there are several awards for achievements during the event.
