Story
This isn't a one-off event—it’s the continuation of a journey.
On my last fundraiser, I took on a 149-mile walk from Caerphilly to London and raised £500 toward a £2,500 goal. That leaves £2,000 left to go to fully fund a private autism and AuDHD assessment for someone stuck on a breaking waiting list—someone whose health is declining and who simply cannot wait any longer.
To finish what I started, I’ve traded four wheels for two this October—selling the car that was causing constant stress and executive overload, and using the proceeds to buy a pedal-assisted e-bike to give my battered shins and legs a chance to recover. Now, I'm taking on a 500-mile, 7-day expedition right through the heart of Wales and down the coast.
This ride is about keeping the momentum going. By letting go of old weight, stepping away from the burnout of driving, and pushing forward through physical endurance, I’m healing myself while helping someone else get the life-changing clarity and answers they deserve.
Once I hit this target, I won't stop there. If you care about fixing these broken waiting lists and getting people the support they deserve, in a timely manner, please help in anyway to can.
