I am excited to be riding alongside my wife @lisa king CEO of Dreams Come true for the second long distance ride to raise money for an amazing British Charity that supports Children with a disability, serious illness or life-limiting condition who live in the highest areas of social deprivation in our country today.

I am taking on this challenge because it amazes me that so many Children in our country are living in such tough conditions whilst battling with the every day challenge of living that we all take for granted. Another driving factor me doing the ride me is my wonderful stepson, Tom. Tom has Autism and complex learning needs and although he does not live in a deprived environment I see first hand the challenges he faces every day to get through his days; so much of which we all take for granted. Tom is very lucky - he has the love and resources to help him live a full and happy life but so many children do not. thanks to Dreams come true children in great need are given opportunities, joy and magic.

We are riding 565km over 4 days from Bordeaux to Bilboa – which takes on some very challenging terrain in the Basque Rejoin.

So please dig deep and support me in raising money for such a worthy small but mighty charity that does so much for children facing so much challenge.
