This year I will be running my ninth consecutive London Marathon. I have had the honour of running for a number of different charities over the years, many of which have been very dear to my heart.

This will be the second time that I have run for Dementia UK. My wonderful mother-in-law, Caz, has Vascular Dementia and I know many other people who have witnessed how hard life can be for those living with Dementia and caring for loved ones with Dementia.
