I make no apologies for another attempt to raise more money for YoungMinds, which is the UK's leading charity championing the wellbeing and mental health of children and young people.

My own daughter continues her battle with mental health issues on a daily basis..she's still here with us though and I'm so thankful for that.

Unfortunately for some the battle becomes too tough and tragically we lost Kyra Leigh Jaques last year.. She was like part of the family, especially close to Karen and her passing at just 20 years old was devastating to her family and friends.

I want to help YoungMinds create change so that children and young people can cope with life's adversities, find help when needed and succeed in life.
