Writing rejections are never a nice experience. But the experience of putting yourself and your writing out there and sharing your work is something to be proud of and brings you one step closer to finding your perfect home for your work.

To turn something that doesn't always feel great into something that has the power to make a difference, Full House Literary will start donating to MSF after each submission window after responses have been sent to creators. For each piece Full House does not move forward with, Full House will donate a small sum. These will be totalled together and donated around the time of issue publication. Editor, Leia, will also donate based on personal rejections she receives for her own writing.

Donations will go towards Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF), the world's leading medical humanitarian aid organisation. They "provide emergency assistance to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics and natural or man-made disasters, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. They work in over 70 countries and go to the places where others cannot or choose not to go". Their work is incredibly important.
