Today there are more displaced people in Sudan than any other country in the world. It is the worst humanitarian crisis in recorded history, with mass hunger, outbreaks of disease, the breakdown of healthcare, and continuing violence and displacement.

This is one of the worst humanitarian crises in recent history, but still, families facing brutal violence, waterborne diseases, displacement, and horrifying starvation struggle to get the world’s attention.

More than 11.5 million people have been displaced. Half of the entire country is facing a food crisis, and three quarters of a million people are facing catastrophic hunger and need help now.

We’re supporting families in emergency with nutritious food parcels, hygiene kits, winter kits to protect them from ongoing cold weather, as well as daily bread deliveries.

We’re also working to support Sudanese families in the long term by supporting families with healthcare through our mobile clinics and by providing support to orphanages.
