Story
Please donate to the Sfs fundraising appeal for White Ribbon UK. More details on FL and we are fundraising because
1) We want to challenge gender stereotypes and the objectification of woman in calendars, marketing and throughout history.
2) We want to challenge body shaming and conventional stereotypes of beauty, sexuality and societal norms as to gender based roles in relationships and dynamics.
3) We want to raise money for the important work that White Ribbon does in tackling toxic male masculinity, behaviours and violence against people who identify as female.
Acknowledging that gender is non-binary and there are nuances in how we express such.
Our ambition is to produce the 2026 calendar (our first) by the 31st December and if you message us, here or on FL, with an acknowledgment of your donation, then we'd like to send you your calendar in early January.
For a donation of £10 or more we will send you a high quality pdf.
For a donation of £20 or we will send you a print version. Or you can collect such at an appropriate club or event.
The content of the calendar is only suitable for mature audiences, who are over 18 and does not include any nudity, genitalia or sexual acts.
Note: the models and photographers will contribute the costs of the printing and postage, so all of your donations will go to the Just Giving: White Ribbon appeal. Print calendars are limited to the first 100 donations (£20+) so once they are gone, they are gone. We hope that you are happy with your donation going to a great cause, even if we run out and you will still get your pdf.
White Ribbon
White Ribbon UK was founded in 2005, and is part of the global movement to end male violence against women. We work with men and boys to challenge those male cultures that lead to harassment, abuse and violence. Our volunteer ambassadors engage with other men and boys to call out such behaviour among their peers and promote a culture of equality and respect.
The decision to fundraise for White Ribbon was made by a democratic vote by everyone involved in the project, photographers, models etc. Which was hard as they are lots of great charities out there. If the fundraiser is not to your liking, then please be inspired to start your own.
Times are tough. So we need to work together and be good to one another.
