Sue's fundraiser for Aberdeen Samaritans

Sue Adlam-Hill is raising money for Aberdeen Samaritans

Aberdeen Kiltwalk 2025 · 1 June 2025 ·

We’re here for anyone who’s struggling to cope, who needs someone to listen without judgement or pressure. In prisons, schools, hospitals and on the rail network, Samaritans are working with people who are going through a difficult time. Samaritans’ vision is that fewer people die by suicide.

Story

Thanks for stopping by my JustGiving page! On Sunday, June 1st, 2025, I’ll be lacing up my walking boots to take part in the Aberdeen Kiltwalk, covering 18 miles from Banchory to Aberdeen. I’m doing this to raise funds for Aberdeen Samaritans, an incredible charity that provides vital support to those in need.

Every pound I raise will help ensure that people in our community have access to the emotional support they need. Across the UK Samaritans volunteers answer a call for help every 10 seconds - your donation will help us provide this essential service.

I’m aiming to raise £700 for this amazing cause. Donating through JustGiving is easy and secure – your details are safe with them, and they won’t bombard you with unwanted emails. Once you donate, your money goes straight to the charity.
