Being a long time supporter, adopter and fosterer for Basset Rescue Network of Great Britain has shown me the care, compassion and love they have for this breed, as do I.

With 20 hounds currently in foster homes up and down the country, three needing life changing eye surgery, the bills are mounting up.

So pushing myself way out of my comfort zone, I'm running the Great North Run on the 13th September, half a marathon, to raise much needed funds for this wonderful charity.
